The School Safe ID systems are completely cloud-based, allowing for faster and easier installation times and data collection and gathering. Our systems are designed to be self-service, with check-ins averaging between 10-12 seconds per visitor. In addition to acting as a gateway into your school, our kiosks capture not only visitors, but also students entering the school early/late, acting as an attendance log for your entire school.

ID Card Software
Student and Staff ID Cards can be created for everyone inside the building to be either carried or worn on a daily basis. Our cloud-based software can be accessed from any computer on campus with a web browser. Each school site will have the capability to create custom PVC or access control cards with custom graphics representing their school colors and mascots. Student and Staff data can either be manually imported individually, bulk uploaded with CSV file, or automatically integrated with your school’s SIS software through SFTP or an API.

Car Rider/Parent Pick Up Automation
In addition to screening your daily visitors, we also offer an after school dismissal application called Smart Dismissal. This app replaces the need for outdated walkie talkies, bull horns or cell phones with a digital process for calling students down to be dismissed safely. Our web-based app can be utilized on Ipads, Chromebooks or mobile phones. So, there is no need to buy hardware equipment to implement our system. Parents will simply be given a car tag to hang from their rear view mirror and students will have a complimentary backpack tag. Teachers/Volunteers will have the capability of entering numbers, in our app, in the order that parents arrive. Students will be kept safely in their homeroom class waiting for their name and picture to appear on a screen inside the classroom. This process creates a safer environment for social distancing and accountability for the right child going home with the right parent each day.

Bus Rider Software
Along with Smart Dismissal App, you will also be able to utilize our Bus Rider application. This app helps you manage which students are to ride a particular bus and take daily attendance on how each child goes home. Secretaries will no longer have a hard time telling parents how and when their child was dismissed from school. Teachers will be able to identify last minute transportation conflicts, bus number changes and complete accountability for which student went home on a bus. School administrators will be able to quickly know if the student walked home, was a car rider, or got picked up by a bus at the end of each day. This data will be stored inside our cloud application throughout the year for quick access and reporting if necessary.
